The homeowners of this Draper, Utah residence wanted greater privacy without dramatically changing the appearance of their home. The rear of the property is exposed to a nearby road, while several side windows face neighboring homes. This made daytime privacy one of the primary goals for the project.

The home also features large windows that bring in abundant natural light and provide expansive views. The homeowners wanted to improve comfort during Utah’s warmer months without covering the windows or significantly darkening the rooms.

To meet these goals, Optimum Window Tint installed LLumar N1020 SR CDF throughout the home. This neutral window film provides enhanced daytime privacy while maintaining a clean, understated appearance that blends naturally with the existing black window frames and modern exterior.

Unlike highly reflective window films, N1020 provides a more subtle finish while helping reduce solar heat gain and glare. It also blocks more than 99 percent of harmful UV rays, helping protect flooring, furniture, rugs, and other interior finishes from premature fading.
